Educational Lectures
Healthy Image Stategies provides teaching and information in a variety of settings including: corporate Lunch-N-Learn lectures and health assessments, fitness and nutrition instruction to individual college and high school classes or to the student body, and community groups such as Prevention St. Louis, retirement communities, and hospitals.

Lecture Prices = $300 for 1 hour lecture on topic of choice or $3500 per year for monthly lectures on a variety of topics.
Health Assessment Prices = 4-hour on-site health screening comprised of 6 tests of wellness conducted by a team of Wellness Consultants (exercise specialist, nutritionist, nurse) is $1500 once a year or $2500 twice a year (6 months apart). This program is recommended 1-2 times a year and accommodates approximately 30 people. To reach more employees, you may schedule 2 or more days of assessments. Participants will receive a results packet, consultation, exercise progressions, and nutrition tips to allow each employee to move along the health continuum at his or her own pace.

- Can my company request certain topics? Yes, however, if you do not have a preference, Healthy Image will choose from the most popular lectures for your audience.
- How does my company need to prepare for the assessments or lectures? Please have an isolated or private room that will hold 3 tables and 10 chairs for the assessments. For the lectures it is beneficial if your company has a screen and LCD projector to facilitate employee education.
