Fitness Equipment

You don’t need any equipment to get started exercising.  Using your own body weight is a great way to build fitness.  Once you have a foundation of stability and strength, there are a few pieces of equipment that will take you a long way on the road to becoming “fit.”  Listed below are several inexpensive pieces of equipment that won’t take up very much space in your home or office; however, they will increase your workout options tremendously.

Fitness Balls

Burst resistant, quality-tested to 600lbs. The fitness ball is perfect for any home weight or circut training program.

4'8” to 5'3” 55cm
5'3” to 6'0” 65cm
over 6'0” or chair 75cm
