She began implementing the wellness principles in September of 2002 in a very slow, methodical, but consistent way. In 2 years this 6 foot tall woman went from 184 lbs to 149 lbs. Her body fat percentage went from 37% to 22%. This means that she lost 35 pounds of fat and dropped 2 dress sizes! Marie looks and feels great. And she hopes to help others travel the same road to better health.
